Exclusions & Removals

  • Trappers must comply with the Florida Wildlife Commission's regulations when Trapping nuisance wildlife.

When Trapping, our experts install cameras with the devices. Monitoring motion at the trap ensures a successful and humane trap.

  • No way in, but One Way Out!

One Way Door’s are essentially the same process as animal trapping, but just a bit different. When using One Way Door’s, we are not Trapping the animal, rather we are sealing gaps on a home to keep the wildlife intruders from re-entry.

  • Many mammals will burrow deep within your insulation, leaving your home exposed to further disruption.

Like all animals, Burrowing animals remain in areas where food, water, and shelter are abundant. Removing Nests and Burrows will force the animal to find another home.

  • Bats play an essential role in the ecosystem, but their presence inside homes and buildings can lead to serious concerns.

Bat Exclusion is the process of sealing a home and allowing the bats to exit through one-way exclusion devices.

Also, the bats will be blocked out of your structure permanently.

Damage Repair & Sanitation

  • A very important part of the wildlife control process involves identification of these damaged areas, and their repair. If you don't fix the hole that the animals have made, what's to keep future animals from through the same hole?

Once identified, all entry points will be sealed to prevent re-entry.

  • From chewing entry holes to soiling and destroying insulation. A determined animal will create a mess!

Damages may not be visible upon first inspection. Our Wildlife Removal Experts will report and advise on all prescribed repairs.

  • Feces left from wildlife in your home can be more dangerous than the animal itself. Every day byproducts of living, like fur and feces, will remain—and the latter is not something you want lingering in your home for very long. Different wildlife animals will have different excrement behaviors; for example, raccoons will use one area of your attic for living and one area known as the “raccoon latrine”.

  • Animal feces can grow a number of hazardous spores that, when ingested, can cause serious and sometimes fatal illnesses. Rodents can transmit salmonellosis through contamination of food, and raccoons are notorious for transmitting raccoon roundworm through infected feces.

Bat Houses

Bats not only offer wonderful, all natural pest control; they also are superior pollinators to help gardens thrive. The interior surface and landing platform are crafted from deeply grooved wood, creating an excellent clinging surface for landing and roosting bats.

  • Bat houses can be mounted on wooden posts, steel poles, pivot poles, or on the sides of buildings, but should not be mounted on trees for three reasons:

    1. They receive less sun among the branches

    2. Bat tenants are more vulnerable to predators sitting in trees

    3. Obstructions in the form of branches and surrounding vegetation make it more difficult for bats to drop into flight.

  • Bats find houses mounted on poles or buildings in less than half the time it takes them to find tree-mounted roosts. Houses mounted under the eaves on wood or stone buildings, but still exposed to the sun, tend to be better protected from rain and predators and have been especially successful.

Bat Maternity Season

April 16th - August 14th

During maternity season (April 16 to August 14), it is illegal to install exclusion devices without a permit.

During the Fall, no young are present, making it the ideal time to evict any bats that may be occupying a structure on your property and to bat-proof your home.
